Being born and raised in north Jersey I say Taylor Ham lol. Yes, pork roll is the actual thing. I learned that YEARS later. But pork and ham are the same thing. Taylor brand is the best in my opinion, I won’t eat any other. So when I say I want ham with my eggs I want Taylor Ham. I will always say Taylor Ham because that’s what I grew up hearing and saying. Just making conversation, let’s not fight lol. Love you Mike! 🌹

Perfect timing, Mike! I'm editing a review of a place I went to here in upstate NY where they had Taylor ham pork roll. They sliced it thin though! The naming debate always bugged me, and you're totally right. It's like how in certain places people refer to soda in general as "Coke." No, coke is coke. Sunkist Orange soda is orange soda, not coke! I don't get it!
