this is so different from the version I'm familiar with, from the movie Songcatcher. I love how these songs from Appalachia have slightly different versions that have been passed down over the years.

This is my brother's channel and not mine. I've heard Mike Seeger play "The Dreadful Wind and Rain" with a C chord before a G chord at the end of each verse, but liked him staying on the G chord at the end of each verse in this KZbin video. Zeke Smukler
