+vicente belen most saxophone players call it the cannonball trill (made famous by cannonball adderly) u make the affect by hitting your to side key in a fast motion and finger g while hitting the top side key and you can go up chromatically G , G#,etc or you could just go G, A ,etc or a combination of both G,G#,A,B,C,C# its up to you. the hitting of the top side key is all done with the right hand of course.
