I think the guy to beat is not the stocky, broad-chested Sommerfield, who has his value. However, the tall, aesthetic Brazilian Caike is the guy to beat. I would say he will be the benchmark in the coming years.

I sent a message to Derek last prep saying he better ease on the stair master after he mentioned in a video that no one was doing the cardio he was doing. There was a reason no one attempted his cardio program.

Hello To the Chris and the entire crew. Look, saying that Mike looks like a bodybuilder is a very weird comment that is plaging the entire industry and needs to stop. Chris filled out after the olympia and went toe to toe with some olympians and beat them, therefore, classic division is indeed bodybuilding, it may be a better form of bodybuilding. Being blocky does not differentiate classic vs open. Chris Bumstead also revealed that there is a problem in the classic division, weight cutting, athletes never get to their prime in the division simply due to makng weight and on the night, filling out is never possible. The classic division to sum it up has B.S issues. If Chris improved by 10% in back density and arms as well, he would have taken Martin out and it wouldn't have been close.

Well, I know I am not Chris Comier but saying Urs is not a black belt in training is not true. The other day, Chris was with Milos and Dennis and mentioned that so many top pros, including himself would train pecs to heavy and I honestly think Urs tries too hard in training, he is is the hardest trainer out of everyone in that line up and look at the results. Urs is not developing at the rate he should and I can guess that he is over doing the training, believe what you want but I watch him. If I were him, I would cut back on volume first of all and frequency, go back to the drawing board of mind muscle connection in combination with heavy lifting and I think it will all come together for him. I think Pros today are crazy for having crazy routines like Quads twice a week, how can anyone train Quads twice a week? Then you have to do cardio during prep? Does any of this make sense?

Urs says in his training videos he does only two sets per exercise... That won't take you far
@felixgohler35336 күн бұрын
@@tomecharleslaya1359because he trains two times a day. In this case even 2 sets might be too much. Especially because he trains with super high intensity as well. But we will see.. Im rooting for mike though.
