If i worked my entire life to get to this point knowing i'm probably only going to get one chance to play in the NFL and i see an organization who has ruined their last 5 quarterbacks draft me i wouldn't want to go there either. At the end of the day would I rather be Bryce Young or Brock Purdy. More players should do this

Coming from a person who lives in Carolina… I hope and pray that if The Panthers select Shedeur he will refuse to come here and play because the owner is horrible and has no intention on building a Super Bowl contending team… I would hate for Shedeur to come here and his career is ruined like they have ruined the young man Bryce Young… I hope that he can get out of here and revive his career

I don't think he will do that because he isn't like that, but he would bet on himself and anyone who would lower their dract stock would be betting on themselves playing well and getting a big 2nd contract plus would be a smart thing for a player to do and could end up making other qbs in the future wanna do that to if it showed success which if you think about it it worked out for Eli manning he won 2 superbowls and rivers won none if I'm correct

Who cares….Shedeur is a decent QB. But elite like Elway, no. Media has been pushing many mediocre QB’s up in the draft the past 20 years for ratings hype during the draft process. Eli was OK, but he wasn’t even elite….Giants defense was the main reason they won those Super Bowls. Best football in America will always be college football.
