I haven’t exercised for over 10 years and need to lose 3 stone , I used to be a dancer and teach dance classes , I can’t believe I have let myself go I went through some personal difficulties which effected everything now I am struggling to even get In the mind set to even get back into training Do you think you can get it back after 10 years of not doing anything ?
