I been a fan for nearly 40 years, and I'll be honest these past few weeks has been the best time for me since Ben was playing, to see Mason scan the field and stand in the pocket gives me hope for next season if he stays. Win or lose I am a fan for life!!

I like Kenny but Mason is the GUY... he has put up a GOOD GAME in each of the last four games he played. He had poise, control, demonstrated ability and CLASS. In my opinion despite liking Kenny, I am a FULL Mason supporter. I would love to see what he does with a full start/ full season opportunity.

It's very simple; build the offense around Mason. Build the Defense to withstand a Watt injury. Make this the beginning of the Tomlin - Rudolph era.

Honestly, on the QB situation, its pretty simple actually. Mason Rudolph is the starter. Period. Here's why. A lot of people don't know this, but, Rudolph was done with Pittsburgh last year. Had his house up for sale and everything. Apparently, he got a call from Omar Khan and was talked into returning. He didn't come back with his tail between his legs. There was more to that story.

Steelers aren't a championship team because of their coach. The team needs a coach that has vision and won't be satisfied with a "winning" record.

Mason is the steady hand that is needed to feed the big ego's (and talent) at the wr position. As for the hc, how can you play Trubiski over Rudolph for 1/4 of the season? What were you watching? Change might be a good thing.😮

Mason is the best qb option steelers have, and they hate him because of a bad start in an outmatched playoff game.

Having watched Steelers football since 1970 with my father until this last game, I think the clear choice for starting quarterback for this team, for the foreseeable future is Mason Rudolph. We need to quit wishing, we need to reward patients. Mason Rudolph is the most effective quarterback we’ve had since 2019 2020 I don’t disrespect Ben Roethlisberger at all, I think he was a great quarterback. But the eriparent has been here all this time. Mason Rudolph deserves a chance to show us why they invested the pic at the time in him when they did. I hope they don’t make a mistake and let him get away. I think he could play well very well for quite a number of years while they develop Kenny Pickett.

jaydeebow6431 said it well, Mason Rudolph did everything in a game, game situation. He scanned the field. He looked off receivers. He went through his progressions. He made smart plays. He should be rewarded for hanging in there.

In pregame announcers were talking about how bills were good against the run with front guys but were bad against the next level and gives up huge chunk runs. This was a game that Warren should had out touched Najee.

Mason is QB 1 right now. Mitch should be cut. We need to bring in another competitive QB. Pickett needs to compete for the starting job. He hasn't showed much and that is being very generous. We need to keep an eye on the Dallas QB room. Wink Wink.

Tomlin has to leave. Every year (nearly) the same procedure, making the playoffs on the last day to be kicked out in the first round. It’s ridiculous and I give a shit on Tomlins winning streak.

It’s one thing to acknowledge flaws but making necessary changes is another. I am a Tomlin supporter but I think he needs to learn it’s okay to delegate and let others run the offence and defense. Have some input in the draft but let the scouts and FO do their jobs.

The bills stacked up the d line against the run and tried to make mason beat them but bad play calling kept that from happening

The lack of post season wins can only stay attached to Tomlin if you’re willing to accept that Art II is putting his thumbs on the scales and telling him to keep winning with tooth pics and straws. To forget the Lombardis because he’s only interested in selling tickets, merch and tv rights. I think we need more than mere speculation about that.
