Steelers are T-2 with +300 odds as Tee Higgins's next team. The Commies are the favorites as +191. His projected market value is skewed bc of his games missed at $19.1 mil/year, but he's probably going to get $25 mil/year at least. Russ's sportrac projected market value is $40.1 mil/year. Pickens's is $23.4 mil/year, Najee's is $9.1 mil/year. Cutting Larry O will save about $7 mil. They have between $6-13 mil in cap space that'll carry over, depending on the source. This offseason should be fascinating. PS: Completely with Alan on JPJ. I've seen smart film guys on twitter ding JPJ for stuff that wasn't his fault at all, like not running with an in-breaker in quarters - OS CBs never run with in breakers in quarters.

On the WR bit just wanted to add - Be on the look out for serious WR investment from Weidl. There was a press conference this year where he talked about how much he likes having explosive playmakers at WR and that's backed by his time in Philly. Philly invested a what 1st and a 3rd plus $100 million in AJ Brown, also spent a first on Jalen Reagor and also traded up for the 11th pick for Devonta Smith. We always hear about the trenches and that's true but Weidl was a part of a FO that spent well in excess of 3 first and a $100 mil on WR from what 2019-2021 don't be surprised if they seriously over invest this off-season

What’s up guys, how do you think the Steelers fix some of their zone defense woes, I’m sure it’s a league wide thing but sure seems like those 15 yard crossers in between the ILBs and safeties as well as fade routes very close to the sideline are a consistent thing beating this zone defense.

The Steeler O is better with Russ. But I'd also say it has been a Steeler advantage to not show how they were going to use Russ, and therefore less tape on how the O executes with him.

I'd bet on Steelers drafting 6-4 215lb Jayden Higgins or one of the other big receiver prospects over signing Tee Higgins. If I was Khan I'd offer Pickens an annual 15-18mil, three year deal which would be a steal but also a huge raise for a player entering his final rookie contract year. Then I'd draft two WR's in this draft, one on day two and the other on day three. Higgins and Noel from the Cyclones fit the above day2 and 3 scenario and both have 1000yds this season.

No T.Higgins...Draft a top WR with 1st or second pick...Be intentional with getting one...Sign Wilson for 2 years, Sign Najee and give GP what he's worth not a top 8 WR money..Put in game restrictions in the contract with heavy penalties...
