Tomlin doesn’t want the Offense to do anything other than predictable runs, so his Defense can star and win, in his mind. He’s said as much. He calls it minimizing risk and says he “engineered” it.

The Rats have Hamilton and Wiggins, ( Who is superior to every corner on the Steelers roster) their secondary is not weak. As I said last year, we should have taken Wiggins or Mitchell as our secondary was in fact suspect. But they took the tackle with a history of collegiate knee injuries and many of you loved it. If they don't start Fields they are toast. Including a Wilson pick six to Wiggins.
