Wow that was awesome, Yamaha was my First one up Sled I purchased , and man I am still amazed by it ... I love the sport..I ride every chance I get ... @4:55 3rd from the left is Ronnie Ouimet of Adams Mass...he was a Yamaha dealer and a BIG NAME in the early development of Yamaha snowmobiles. I believe his son Wayne won his class at Eagle River on a Yamaha, I forget which year. Ronnies Cycle Adams MA STILL in business!

I was there when Trapp won,the year before Ski doo showed up with a cpl semis full of machines for differant classes and all the machery to fix anything with also extra parts, they lined all the machines up next to the semis and some engineers from Yamaha where crawling all over the Ski doos with cameras the next year Yamaha won the WC,That might also be the year a rider fell off machine on the back straightaway and machine tore thru the fence an killed some young boy

wish they still made a race sled but they won't but all there apples into motor cross. main reason i won't buy another yamaha again. this 4 stoke stuff is for the birds
