People who have never fought talk about "levels to the game" without understanding it and those same people have no clue what age does to you in combat sports.. im 31 with 13 years of combat sports and even i have sciatica, knee issues, broken bones that didnt heal right and cant move/fight half as well as i could 3 years ago.
