Reminds me when I was having fun learning MA decades ago and went to a YMCA gym in LA where a semi-pro boxer that was maybe around welterweight. Will never forget it, the guy was practically punching holes in the bag. Thinking, most people could not take more then one or two of those hits. Can only imagine Mike.
