@@itsme-do3gs Mike's speciality was his ability to close the distance on longer range fighters. Once he was on the inside you were finished. At that position he was at his strongest while simultaneously forcing you to be at your weakest because the close range power tools are the uppercut and body hook. Mike hit super hard no matter which tool he used but those two in particular he was a master of. Notice Wilder's KO power punches are also his ranged punches? If Mike gets in, Wilder's power is gone. Not sure how accurate this is, but a man that worked in Mike's camp said that this was Mike's first time in Japan and he spent the days leading up to this fight partying/drinking with little sleep. He said around that time e he began to lose disciple because he truly believed there was no way he could lose.

Just look at the speed and the head movement, haha my man still got it. Iron Mike is still my favourite boxer of all time, in my opinion no matter what anybody says !!! The savageness, speed, defense, powerpunches with the black trunks and black gloves, no socks. You said it right, “ there was no one that could’ve match you in your prime ”. Mike your a true Legend to me...🤲🏽👊🏽

realnesx umm... Cus wasn't alive to see it happen but he did warn him to stay away from King. But King got him to fire Rooney and then King hired his own son to train Mike and the guy had no clue how to continue to train Mike in his "peek a boo" style of boxing. So Mike lowered his guard in later fights and swung with mostly power with lower precision when Kevin timed his power and precision to a tee. Notice how Mikes footwork changed after King.
