I saw that, too & noticed how they were filming him. They filmed Tyson from a low angle, making his face appear older and giving him a weaker, aged appearance. They also filmed at an angle that made him look smaller. When he first entered the ring and was sitting down I noticed. Dude's sitting in a chair. Why would they film from a low angle while he's sitting in a chair? It's not like they're going to make him look taller while he's sitting down. I went to sleep with mixed emotions about the fight but here is my reality today At 48, Tyson has literally been a hero in my eyes no matter what through the ups and downs for over 35 years. That’s a really long time . I’ve been honored to meet the guy twice (2002/2003) Last night was an event put on by an internet influencer/marketing extraordinaire. With that said , he used his “influence” and my childhood hero to make himself money but more importantly to make my hero some WELL DESERVED money as well. For that I’m thankful. Mikes financial hardships back in the 90s made me sick to my stomach. I’ll gladly support any and all of his efforts to feed his family. There aren’t many men that I have that much adoration and admiration for but Mike is that for me. So am I disappointed he didn’t knock Jake’s head off ? Sure I guess a little but that was subsided in the first round when he caught Jake with that right hand. Jake felt the power and knew just like everyone watching that Mike can still crack! Am I disappointed that Jake Paul won? I guess a little but that too is subsided by the fact that at 48 years old, 35 years later I got to see my hero on a grand stage again with 72,000 fans cheering loudly for him like I have been all this time. I don’t care about Jake Paul or his brother, I’m grateful they made Mike some money and I didn’t even come out of pocket. To me….Mike is and always will be that dude. Biting fixation is a manifestation of heavy anxiety. Then there's the wear n tear abuse on mikes body from 3 decades of injuries training fights while the age difference speaks for it'self ... I just watched the fight. I'm surprised to say the least. Like many, I expected to see a much more aggressive Tyson from the opening round, landing way more punches, I didn't expect the fight to go more than 3 rounds with Paul getting knocked out. Instead, Tyson's age was showing he was slow and kept on the defensive, landing far few punches. Like many commentors, I can't help but think Tyson held back. It felt somewhat staged show fight with 2 minute rounds going to all 8 rounds. There were many openings for Tyson but he didn't seem to want to move in for the kill. He seemed weary of getting too close and letting his guard down to kept on the defensive. To Paul's credit he demonstrated significant technical skill for a newcomer and kept challenging Tyson. He was wise to keep outside Tyson's limited reach, keeping outside and around Tyson a lot making the older Tyson (more than twice his age) work hard and you could see Tyson was getting worn out by round 5. Some really skilled fighting by Paul but I'm skeptical he will be able to fight real professionals his own age as easy, time will tell I guess. Mike, please hang your gloves up now. Relax and enjoy the millions! Don't try to do more fights at 61 against young fighters. Getting slammed or KO'd at this age is no joke. Keep the Tyson legacy intact. It was respectable final comeback against a fighter less than half Tyson's age and the Netflix series showed Tyson is still in great shape for his age.

Paul was moving pretty much identical to Tyson. Barely either one of them were throwing punches on 2 minute rounds. Paul seemed scared to get hit. Which is totally understandable. I think they both could have done more. Really makes me feel like it was a bad impression of boxing. It was an exhibition so it's not an all out brawl but they could have sold it better. For being the headliners it was way less interesting than the other fights.

Let's be real. This was an experiment. I would have hoped for a final flurry in final round since nothing left to lose which did not happen.
