The style of Botha was very risky and dangerous, even from the starting rounds it was visible that he was playing with fire. The very quick and powerful punches of Tyson were not avoided by blocking with arms or dodging the head, they were avoided by simply moving his whole body, which was obviously impossible to do it perfectly for many rounds.

I saw this at the time. I think it was Tyson's first fight since the ear-biting debacle with Holyfield and a layoff. He was rusty.
