Vrabel reminds me of Dan Campbell in many ways - DC is surrounded with great X's & O's types Johnson and AG but they've got solid football minds all over that staff. Lions have Mark Brunell as QB coach and Antwan Randle El coaching WR's Overall Detroit has possibly the best Coaching Staff in the NFL Vrabell's success in NY will depend on luring the right OC and DC to Jets as well

If Woody insists on having daily meetings with staff, we will never have a competent coach/GM. The problem with coaches who want to be here is that they will defer to Woody because of that. He also has to stop being friends with players as that now gives the players a way to circumvent the HC. There are so many things needed to fix this team and most of them start with the owner.

Titans were just OK. Cleveland has been terrible. Vrabel is massively overrated. If he was any good, he'd already have a job. The coordinators Vrabel had with the Titans have already proved they're terrible with the Jets. Take away 👑 Henry and he'd be a slightly below average nobody.
