As a Commie fan, I wholeheartedly agree with you guys. My team cannot beat any of those teams you mentioned because of that defense. I've seen college defenses more intricate and complex than what Quinn is putting out there. Every NFL defensive coordinator have blitz package that can force a QB to get rid of the ball within 3 to 5 seconds and the defense simply making a tackle after a catch. Washington has none of that !!! Because if you can't pressure a rookie QB on 4th and 11 with the game on the line, what good are you. The lack of aggression coupled with JV defensive schemes gives this team zero margin for error. Daniels have to be a superman and score on every possession to give them a chance against any average team with a pulse. I don't mind not having all the pieces in places, but not having a freaking clue as to what you have to do when the game is on the line is downright coaching malpractice. I'm happy we made the playoffs, but I know every QB in the NFL roster today, regardless of experience, can drive down the field on Washington defense and get a score when it needs to. Any stop this defense gets is by luck not design. But hey, i'm happy because we finally have a franchise QB.

Rodgers is 12th and 10th in passing and TDs despite the team having 2nd most dropped passes. The Jets haven't seen that kind of production in the QB position in years but yeah let's change that.
