@@kleptrep94 no. Ayoade's persona is way too shy and repressed, the Doctor's got much more of an easygoing, perky personality. and yes the show does need to be resurrected after chibnall's horrifying crimes

My choices for the acting role are (too famous or not): Mike Wozniak, Sally Hawkins, Hugh Laurie and Michael Sheen. Just someone please stop what Chibbnall is doing / has already done.

Im glad they didnt actually show him being murdered in the film - just him falling backwards out of shot (to his doom). I would not have coped with seeing that lovely man being harmed in any way. He sings songs about prawns - he does not die!
