A note about the drum kit: it was a custom made bass drum 12x16 based on a Gretsch Renown floor tom, a 7x10 Catalina Club rack tom that was upgraded with Gretsch 302 hoops, and a custom snare drum that I had built circa 2007. I had a 14x14 Gretsch Catalina Club floor tom on order (along with 302 hoop upgrade), so was playing a true 3-piece kit in the clip. The cymbals were all Soultone Latin series (19" flat ride on the right and 21" regular ride on the left, and 14" hats.)
