You just have to download the song, save it to a pen drive and copy the file to the PS3 then edit his entrance and choose custom track and pick the music that you downloaded.

The way it worked for me was to have Cody Rhodes in a match for the IC championship, after Cody won Goldust came out and attacked him and that's how he was unlocked.

Well I download their current theme songs from itunes copy them into a pen drive and then use that pen drive to transfer the files to the PS3. It's that simple.
