Hi Mike (again), just a quick idea for a quick learn video. How about the Diablo (it's a circus juggling toy)? They have a huge range of tricks but I'd suggest learning to whip catch it, as it uses a range of skills. :)

Man watching this video really made me laugh. It was like watching myself when I first started and made my first videos. I had no camera presence and felt really awkward taking to my camera phone. I had so many cuts and outtakes and cursed everytime I would mess up my verbage. God it was so difficult and I didn't think I would ever get passed making my first video.
