I bought one, v6, from my family friend, I was sceptical about buying it from a friend at first but I took a shot…. And since a few months ago my life has completely changed…. I love this truck and how much better it is than modern trucks. I’ve had a Chevy Corado and a Ford f150 XLT. Both don’t even match how this thing tows. It’s I think it’s crazy how this older truck tows better and drives better than the more modern trucks. I’m quitting smoking pot right now which is really hard but I’m going to try to use this truck to go do stuff! Mines only a two wheel drive so I bought a quad to go In the back……the quad needs work but it’s been sitting so that’s expected…. But yeah anyone else have a v6 2006 tundra? I got a two inch lift and off-road tires!!!! I love it, it looks so baddass. Alls it really needs is a small tint but idk about that… just another reason for cops to pull me over.

I've had my 01 Tundra since it was just a few years old. I'm nearly 70 and of all the many cars and trucks I've ever owned, I must say my Tundra is the best vehicle yet. It's peppy, powerful, smooth, extremely reliable, and fun to drive. Biggest complaint is the cheap, crappy plastic headlight lenses -- which I guess all "newer" vehicles have. They all crack and fog over and are downright dangerous when they reach a certain age because they don't light up the road like they should -- how about returning to glass!? (I know, the regulators of the Nanny State won't permit it.)

@explorepikespeak5 жыл бұрын
@@Unburdened_Beauty I did that. And I did it again, and again, on all my plastic-eyed vehicles. You go from about 90% fogged up and scratched to 70%, tops. The local Walmart has even stopped offering the lens-cleaning service ($75) because it got too many complaints about its worthlessness. What is wrong with putting glass headlights on our cars? I wonder how many night-time crashes are caused by headlights with vastly reduced brightness.
