Great video Mike, but I am having trouble understanding how entering Index1 as a fixed repeated-measure factor is similar to evaluating two dependent response sets as a multivariate dependent variable. In R, there is a function for creating a multivariate term for an outcome variable (cbind I believe), and if I use that in a multivariate repeated-measures logistic regression, the results do not match up at all to a model I ran using such a strategy in SPSS. Could you explain this a little bit further?

can we do multilevel in AMOS ?

Hi there. Amos is not set up for multilevel modeling. However it is possible to perform a structural equation modeling version of growth curve modeling. Cheers!
