Hi. Thank you so so much! This is very helpful! I wonder if you can demonstrate how to do second-stage moderated mediation in Stata? Thank you!!

Hi. Can you please share how to adjust the syntax if the D.V. is a binary variable?

Thank you so much Mike! I was wondering if we had categorical variables (SES). I added "i". but that doesn't work for factor variables here.
@mikecrowson2462 Жыл бұрын
Hi there. Yes that's correct. At the time I put this together, I did not set it up to include factor variables. Cheers!

that is a perfect video. Thank you so much. May I ask is there any published research that I can cite about this econometric calculations?

Hi Mike, thank you for this video. I was wondering if you have info on how to do a second-stage moderation in STATA as well (Hayes process macro 14 or 15). I'm really lost on how to do this tbh, as I also have panel data. Hope you can help me out here. Thanks!

Thank you very much for such an amazing video and code work. I would like ask how are the variables be ordered for a second-stage moderated mediation? Thank you so much!

thank you, dr. if I'd like to do second-stage moderation like model 14 in process, How to run that? thank you very much

Thank you for the video, please for my conceptuel model i have 5 mediators and 2 moderators is that possible to analyze with an econometric model ?

Hi Mike , thanks alot for the video. But would be grateful if you can share a STATA do file on similar work(video) where the independent, the dependent and the mediation variables are all latent variables and the moderator variable been observed. Thank you .

Hi Mike, thanks for much awaited video of first stage moderated mediation in stata when will you upload the second stage moderated mediation and its do file. Kindly upload it soon pls. I am waiting for it anxiously.

Thanks. How syntax needs to be changed for models with a continuous IV and moderator and binary variables (logistic regressions)? Alternatively, are you aware of syntax for models with a continuous IV and moderator and binary variables (logistic regressions)?

Hi Mike, thanks for the video. However, I am wondering whether this approach does also work for panel data?

i was thinking the same thing. the video did not say the type of the data.

Hi Mike, thanks for the video. Is this also possible with Y as a count variable?
@valo1999 Жыл бұрын
Hi Mike, Thanks for the great explanation. However, I am wondering whether this approach does also work for non linear moderated mediation models? I am currently investigating a moderated mediation model in which the IVs are non linear. Should I just generate squared terms for the IVs and put these in the do file? Or is another approach needed? Please let me know!

Hi Mike, thank you so much for all your videos. I'm looking to test a mediation with a moderator at both the first and second stage, and the data I have are hierarchical (people within states). Does the approach you recommend in these video work for hierarchical data as well? My predictor is Level 2 and the moderator, mediator, and outcome are Level 1. Thank you!

hi sir, i need Process model 14 solution by using stata command. how i can get this?
@mikecrowson2462 Жыл бұрын
Hi Faiza, thanks for your posting. Unfortunately I don't really know of any other tools out there directly for Stata. This was just a tool I put together for a particular model. The best I can do is to recommend you visit the following site: stats.oarc.ucla.edu/stata/faq/how-can-i-do-moderated-mediation-in-stata/ If you are not a fan of programming in Stata, then you may not appreciate this. But I used this site as a 'jumping off' point for developing the tool I shared in this video. Cheers!

Do you know how to write the actual data in APA form after running it? If so do you assist with that?
