Having managed to "fix" the buttons the wrong way round and having the different buttons doing different things I thought it was a reprogramming job. Came here to watch the "button repair" bit and having the embarrassing "oh they go back that way round moment" was frustrating but a relief. Great video, thanks.

Once you change the battery do you need to have them reprogrammed to the car? I have 2 key fobs that need batteries but I had to get a new fob bc the others got lost. Will I need to have the other 2 reprogrammed after chaging the batteries?

I think the fobs are specifically programmed for your car. Otherwise you'd be able to use it to open similar models…
