I am retired ARMY and spent my last 13 years with SOAR. I have used my knowledge of the weapons I used while I was at SOAR to build my MSR's. Appreciate this video it helps me explain things to some of my friends that do not understand why the MSR's are not assault rifles and they can be just as accurate as any of my bolt action rifles. Another tool for the toolbox.

I've been through at least a half a dozen carbine classes, many with retired military, so when I saw the title I thought been there, done that and just clicked on another of your videos. As I've gotten to enjoy the videos and the depth of explanations, I decided to go back to this one and it was full of a lot of information I didn't really understand very well. So awesome job Mike and thank you for your service to this country.

A huge thank you for your time and effort to sit down and post a video that actually makes sense even for those first getting started in learning about this platform. Absolute Bravo, I try to make it a point to Thank every single Vet I meet and come in contact with both on and offline. With that said, Thank you for your service. Keep the vids coming sir..

Mike you have no idea how much you are appreciated by folks like myself. My father as an army vet who served in the Vietnam Era but unfortunately due to his bullshit felony for growing cannabis all my life growing up he could never teach me about weapons(at least hands on) so to have someone like you in my life even if it's through social media means the world to me. You've taught me so many things about weapons of various platforms, you help me train to be a better man, better human and a better American and I think I can speak for all of us when I say we appreciate everything you've done and continue to do to serve our great country. My father also watches your videos with me and admires the shit outta you. He says hoooahhh brother!!!!

Mike, as a female musician who has ALWAYS been the only girl in all of my bands throughout my entire life (I'm 56 now), I have to tell you that I am always waiting for that one moment of silly guy humor in your vids. In fact, I know the joke is coming before you even say it. @15:18 What I like about you is how serious and knowledgeable (and badass) you are, but yet, I love that you're still just a kid inside.
