Way too late to comment on this now but the next time you do some fibreglassing, try putting the resin on first THEN lay the fibre mat into it.. The resin virtually sucks the mat into it without all the trapped air. The air can escape through the fibres MUCH easier/quicker :)

Greetings from an American by way of Germany. I am also very interested in building my own overland truck. Thanks for answering the previous questions as they're some that I have as well. I definitely will purchase the book you mentioned. So far your build looks great. On a similar sized X military 4 wheel drive vehicle, would you recommend extending the box by a meter and a half? Also it would be great if you would also talk about some of the challenges you may have encountered and how you overcame them. Thanks and I look forward to finishing your series and seeing the end product. Be well

Greetings from Dubai,UAE. I appreciate your effort, I am retired and ready to start ,but needed your opinion if i can use a container size refrigator instead of going through what you have . I will have to build in and around it to become a camper. Regards, Mahdi.

G'day Mike, from London.Superb build project! I am 'planning' an overland truck at some stage but don't have your fabrication skills unfortunately. Could you talk a bit more about the design and planning you went through before you started actually fabricating? So how did you decide on living space size? And what all the features and layout of that space will be? And have you specified, researched and purchased all the bits you will need inside and out, like power systems, fridge, stove, water, security etc etc? Am looking forward to the next video on progress with the build!
