If you wanted it "saucier," all you needed to do was stir in a little more of the pasta water right before serving. If you add it too soon, the pasta will just absorb it, resulting in mushy pasta in a pasty sauce. Just stir in a little extra after taking it off the heat and serve immediately.

That would also account for all the extra cheese. You would need that to flavor the extra pasta water.

when its in the pan there looks so little of it. So do we think that its worth the full price that could be £12 for 2. bet you could make for £2. I do not think, any are wins on cost. really the very few and light weight of items does not making a filling meal. luck if there is 3 slices of bacon cut up

It says right in step 7 of the pasta dish that if it seemed a bit dry to add splashes of the pasta cooking water. Instead of doing that, they both complain at the end that the pasta is a bit dry lol I can see where the British get their reputation for having bad food because that was a very easy fix, they ignored it, then complained about it lol just made me laugh honestly

I love these "new" style of Week On's. By that i meanmore critical looks at the food and critics of the food, what would have made it better, why was it the way it was, a LOT less of "I'm starving, this is horrid, who would eat this volunterily" The fact i liked your content mostly got me through the bouts of massive "windging" (sorry, I'm American, i think that's the word y'all use) I find this way of doing it much better.
