@KDC, i get the game of diplomacy you want Mikel to play and that's because the world hates people who say the truth the way it is. Diplomacy and constant looking away from error and refusing to put blame where it belong is the reason evil is constantly on the rise. Secondly, i understand Mikel's comments and open interest in Osimhen playing for Chelsea is another reason Jackson took things person and then decided to play the racial and tribal cards by openly insulting Mikel Obi, but you know what!? He was wrong. His response should success. His response should be more clinical in front of Goal and assists. He should never have openly replied Mikel in a war of words because the person doing the talking is one of the longest serving Chelsea players with alot of success to his name. He may not have scored many goals during his career at Chelsea but it was an easy choice to pick Mikel as one of the best in His position back then, and he was widely criticised by fans then both home and abroad from not improving on his goal tally but not once did Mikel come to the media to either justify his position not to talk of directly insulting his critics. He just kept on working. That was probably one of the reasons he lasted that long in Chelsea because if he was doing what Jackson is doing now defending himself everywhere, the club would have sold him out especially when we needed goal scoring midfielders like Lampard. Now let me tell the implication of this saga on Jackson future, now that he has openly criticised a person widely regarded as Club legend by fans across the world, Jackson will have a hard time pleasing the fans now except if he puts in the needed results weekly. And failure to do that will draw so much criticism for him because he will be like a man trying to defend himself without any evidence to show. That's why his points right now seem out of place. And again he should not have degenerated to looking at this matter from an African point of view. He is an African just as Mikel obi but Chelsea Football club is not an African club, he is a highly prestigious club with a very rich global status. So when anyone talks about Chelsea and starts talking about tribal or racial affiliations, that is hypocrisy and its an insult to the image of the club they represent because you just reduced the club to African interest. Jackson should just focus and keep on improving and not be on social media trying to defend himself. That act alone could mean so much distraction to him and would eventually affect him psychologically because we've seen that happened to players time and time again in the past.

Mikel is not fueling anything but wants the best out of Jackson. Dawin Nunes example you gave is out of point. Liverpool has other top goalstrikers in Salah etc. but Chelsea lacks that.
