I remember that vid back in the day and thought it was real trying it myself but couldn't figure out the portal spot. Later on I found out about how anyone could use Valve's Hammer tool and Fall 2013 went by realizing this whole thing was fake. Props my man for making this modification!

Going back to the video all these years later shows how dumb we all really we're, lol. That extra chamber in the original was CLEARLY made in the in-game editor, with the screen added with after effects. Even the wall panel lift is really cheesy looking, lmao. All of what you see here though IS in-game, including the remade trailer. 👍

For those of you saying this is "fake": the issue probably lies in how you are placing the cube. As you can see in the video he put the cube on the button in a diamond formation, with the corners perfectly aligned with the walls. I did the same and it worked so try that
