@pachix3592 I love how that double standard works, honestly. If she gets a model that looks like her own she's clinging to past glories. But if Aqua or Selen do it, it's fine. Selen even kept her original fan name. She broke NDA during a stressful period of having stalkers come to where she lives, so she's evil and deserves harassment. But Mel did it and we need to be considerate of how she was going through an emotional time and made a mistake in a moment of weakness. She ends up in hospital due to an attempt on herself due to how poorly she's been treated, so she's a menhera and should get off the internet. Selen does the same so she deserves support. Everyone has nothing but double standards that they apply here and just grasp at mistranslations and out of context rumours to justify this terrible behaviour and pretend like the responsibility lies squarely on her.

And in answer to your explicit question, yes, she was using a model resembling her old model because she wanted the fandom she left behind, to create a sense of familiarity, nothing wrong with that, many would've done the same, doesn't mean that you are the only enlightened one that gave her the benefit of the doubt. And yes she broke on a period where most would take the same actions as her if not worse, but her case was that even knowing FULLY well that she began the harassment by her own hand, because yes, her case became a more serious issue because SHE started to spread her personal life on the internet, didn't see anyone on your list doing that, right??? It's almost as it's a recurrent topic on her dramas? Something like addressing EVERYTHING? @beanswater We still dont even know what was even leaked in the first place, could be another Zaion Situation or such a ridicoules termination like Mels were she got fired for daring confiding to a third party when she was struggling (literally anybody does that). All that could be seen in public that Hololive wanted her dead and smeared her in the worst way possible, they knew that she was su*cidal and depres*ed but did it anyway for the sake of their squeky clean reputation, they sended a mob after her, isolated her and tried pushing her to self deletion. Anybody including Mafumafu could took advantage of her damaged reputation due to what Cover did, they screwed over her future and tried to push as much onto her as possible and her colleagues were just as bad (besides Hachama, Marine and Pekora) who acted all emotionless that fanned the flames against her. What they did was being a poss. Mikeneko could have fought back by pulling a Mafumafu with dozens of allegations and self deleting after that which could have forever ruined Cover but yet she spared them and still says nice things about her colleagues (the same colleagues that left her for dead publicly). If Cover dont wanted to be associated with her so much they could have thought of another solution were both could walk away from each other and move on with their life. Cover introduced the concept of termination to the industry which led to many ugly incidences in other vtuber companies, Cover poisened the vtuber community with the drama they created and the concept of termination they introduced, if it wasnt for that we would have only wholesome graduations. The judge highly suggested Mafumafu dropping this case and wasnt even sure if a prosecution would happen and if then the punishment would be little, which speaked volumes about Mafus case against Mikeneko, he was the one claiming to have evidence and witnesses for everything he has said, so therefore he should have come on top + the punishment does not fit the amount of crimes Mafumafu accused Rushia of proving he exagerated and lied A LOT. It then came out that his statement, were he played the victim, was not checked by Mikeneko and neither the court and Mafu just released it like that and didnt correct it when asked to, which led to the revelation that Mafumafu and the court approved Mikenekos statement denying Mafus allegations. The big media tries to shove this under the rug

It'd be weird to get Aloe and not Rushia. Iirc the eventually plan to do stars as well. If they do I think they should add any skipped talent as the final update, with maybe the exception of Hitomi Chris who was so early on and I don't think there is really anything to go off of for her. I don't think there are any clips and it's back from before the talents ever really got to know eachother.

I feel like Aloe would be difficult to design a full character for. She really wasn't around long enough to get established as a talent in the same way as others. Everything would have to be very surface level, and there'd be no costumes to add for her for future updates. It might be better to just leave the headphones as the game's way of commemorating her.

I’m assuming you roughly know why Rushia got terminated. In Jan 2024, the male singer who many believed was Rushia’s romantic partner back when she got terminated, made a blog post revealing that he and an unknown girl were actually married back then in 2022 but had got divorced later that same year. He accused this unknown girl of being an emotionally abusive partner who cheated on him. Rushia’s current Vtuber identity Mikeneko confirmed a few days later that the unknown girl in the story was in fact her. But she denied cheating on the singer and argued that she did not consider what she did to be emotional abuse. This lead to a legal case which was subsequently dropped by both parties.

@PrivateSparky a ton of people got this wrong. Rushia wasnt terminated for having a relationship IRL. In fact, Hololive defended their talents rights to do whatever they want with the private life. Rushia got terminated for trading insider info and doxxing coworkers. At least in the words of korekore (JP keemstar), it was Rushia who told him all the private life info of many hologirls, some of them privately married and with kids even. And she did so waaaaaayyy before any of the boyfriend drama happened. Of course when the drama happened she started to throw people under the bus on drama tube

If you looked at Covers Financial reports they mentioned a collaboration with Indie devs where they would recieve support in exchange for Hololive to softly direct (or absolute direction depending on independent contracts) their projects. I imagine Holocure devs signed a contract ages ago.
