Euclid's Elements Book 1: Proposition 37, Triangle Area

This is the thirty seventh proposition in Euclid's first book of The Elements. This proof shows that two triangles, which share the same base and end at the same line parallel to the base, are equal to one another. In other words, the two triangles have the same area.
