Just bought this. Awesome bow, super quiet and very fast! Some releases will not work with the thin loop on the string though.

Just bout this bow tonight. Long time hunter but brand new to archery. I shot many bows in the 400-700 range and they all felt similar. It was between the Bear Legit and Paradox. I chose Legit as it allowed me to get into some good arrows and release within my budget. Think I’m likely to upgrade the sight but this thing is fun to shoot!

@@claytonbigsby423 so far so good. Only been out a few times doing some target shooting and it seems pretty consistent. I got the timing a little tighter and that firmed up the backwall. I have honestly been out of the compound bow stuff for quite some time and honestly don't recall people talking so much about backwall 20 years ago. With that, I don't have anything to really compare this one to. I do know that, after reading and watching videos of people talking about it, it does seem much more solid than it did when I first shot it. I just got a chronograph to get some real numbers, more for curiosity, but I'm waiting for some better weather. Overall I'm very happy with it and looking forward to setting up my other pins and seeing what kind of speeds I get from it. Hopefully I'll get my shot back and be able to tighten up my groups. Until then, any problems with consistency I'll be blaming on myself....lol

How is the string and cable doing, I've heard all sorts of things about their longevity.. Also I've read where some releases don't work well with the legit, what type are you using..chronograph seems like a smart investment.. Thank you for the info.. Happy shooting

@@claytonbigsby423 like I said, it's only got a few shooting sessions on it so it's hard to say how the strings will hold up for me at this point. I think the issue with certain releases nit working well may be due to the loop attached to the string and whether or not a specific style of release will fit it well. I have the pincher type (don't know what else to call it) and it works well. I have an old ball bearing style which has a larger head that may be a tighter fit or possibly not fit in the loop at all. The good news is that the loop and the strings aren't terribly expensive to have replaced from my understanding. If you have a bow shop near you it shouldn't be too big a deal for them to replace either one. Hopefully you'll have no problem with that though. I imagine they didn't use the best strings out there in order to keep the price down but I'm fairly confident they should hold up a good while.

Imo the legit has a better feel to it than the G2. It has a flat spot on the module that acts as the cable stop unlike the "kidney " shape module on the G2. And the legit looks better to me.

how do you adjust the draw length to uneven numbers? lets say 26.5?? all the numbers on the cam are Integer

There are hash marks in between the whole numbers for 1/2” draw lengths.

All reel seats and bottle reels fit on all bows: they are universally mounted in stabilizer holes and sight mount holes.
