I totally agree with you about Matchbox. They have more detail and are underrated. Unfortunately, they don’t put out as many cars as Hotwheels. Matchbox cars are somewhere between mainline and premium in my book, only because of the extra detail. That Datsun is cool. Did you notice the Lamley Group logo above the wheel well on each side? Not sure if you watch their channel or not, but he was super excited to get his logo on a car. Also, BIG NEWS If you didn’t hear. FERRARI is returning to Hotwheels. The license was renewed. Another fun fact since you are a Senna fan👍Gordon Murray was the technical director at McLaren when Ayrton Senna joined the team in 1988. He was part of the team that designed the MP4/4 which was arguably the greatest f1 car ever created 👌👌👌

Great video Mike you got some great cars but those matchbox none of those are new cars the Infiniti came out in gray before and the Datsun has been out for a while and the Cadillac car came out in black and then metallic blue and then yellow I hope u definitely get that m2 truck i went to my local diecast store and the price for all those truck u see there are crazy Mike I hope u been good keep up the great work!

For those that may not be paying close attention, Matchbox has been releasing some 2024 cars on 2025 cards. Pay close attention to the #/100 or #/125. The 2025 cars are #/125. I got caught by this and double bought same cars thinking they were 2025.

The word you're looking for on those M2 Cars is "classic". It's likely that the creators and designers have more of a passion for classic Americana and old school Hot Rod style. Maybe licensing is easier/cheaper as well, but idk, just musings.
