I did the same thing yesterday stopped at a ton of DG found a purple passion TH though then switched to family dollar found the shipper cases but was to late everything good was gone. the hunt goes on !!! Lol

Hunting is so hard! Darn man you go into these stories and its like the hurricane had hit it! People are a mess. Was in a Dollar Tree last night and there were cars scattered all over the shelves, in boxes, just a massive mess. People don't care they just grab, throw and go. Walmart, Target and the dollar stores are just ridicules. So many people are just swamping these isles. Its almost worth just ordering quality diecast like Mini GT and so many other good makes rather than wasting time driving to all these stores.

It's true. I tend to avoid aisles if there's more than one person in them. It's a lot of work for a little reward. You have to truly enjoy the process otherwise it'll just be frustrating.

Kristi and I are glad you enjoyed the planes. I've been sitting on them since the late 90's. There is a hilarious story on KZbin told by Major Brian Shul. Its called SR71 Blackbird "Speed check". I encourage you to check it out. Im not sure what can be done to a Beetle. They are just plain, but I love them. See what you can do to spiff it up a little. Great video Mike.

Went to a grand opening of a Dollar tree in a SMALL town yesterday. It was the 1st morning of the grand opening. Only two ladies there and they weren’t looking for hotwheels. The pegs were full and one might say overloaded. No treasure hunts or super chase matchbox either. Such BS ! Someone had to have intercepted the cases while stocking. This hobby is ruined.

It's possible but I've also gotten to cases multiple times with nothing in them. But yes the intercepts definitely happen, it's hard to blame someone though Hot Wheels are so appealing.
