This stuff is real. My wife and I were merely "culturally" Christian. We went to New Orleans for a military event and decided to go on a few tours and see the city. Madam La'Vous voodoo shop, a "ghost" tour a few other things. My wife got a few trinkets including a small voodoo doll. Fast forward 6 weeks and my wife is in the middle of a full blown "schizophrenic" episode. Using crystals to communicate with the spirits etc. 2 year long story cut real short. The doctors didnt help much. But we became serious about Christ. I BURNED EVERYTHING that I knew had some connection to the occult. We've been episode free for about a year now. The struggle will continue but now we have Christ. He helped more than all the Doctors and medications combined.

I'm 32, my best friend is 34. *Setting the scene to help understand my query* I have a friend of 10 years that is renting a trailer from us (my family has a farm, me, my pops, & ma) and the trailer is on the farm. This guy's twin brother self deleted around 15 years ago. Was his best friend. He never got over it, then he & I became friends. We've got very close thru the years, my parents pretty much adopted him & have always treated him like me & my brothers (better than my brothers sometimes, because he and I both rent a place from my parents (separate places but all on the farm, 40 acres) so we're here & help them out a lot, brothers never come around). Always have been close, buy eachother takeout when we're sick, look out for eachother, all of us making sure the others aren't doing without anything, and that's the way its been since we've all been here together. So needless to say, we know eachother well, I'd venture to say we probably know eachother better than any other person in the world outside of our parents. That's my brodawg. We can laugh together but we can call eachother on our b.s. and encourage eachother to tighten up & tap our potential. I've watched him go from divorced, ex-junkie, alcoholic with a sex problem & a crap self esteem, to productive hardworking member of society that not only had goals, but was working hard to obtain them & had 0 doubt that it was possible. I watched him get in his Word, start growing in his faith, but he got a new night shift job, 12 hrs a day 6&7 day weeks, and our opportunity to fellowship & study with him essentially died, bc that one day a week he has (if that) is spent doing errands & chores, while mine too is spent working bc I work 7 days a week as well, 430 A.M. til often times 8 P.M.. Now, this friend has recently gotten back into occult stuff, (he'd dabbled in highschool as a goth kid) started playing Magic the Gathering & other doorway type games, and has been buying things like tarot cards, TONS of bead bracelets, reading gnostic texts, now he's had multiple spiritual attacks, (that he writes off as mental health issues), a few of which he came to me in the middle of wanting help, but if you won't accept the help I have to give there's nothing I can do, and the only help I have to offer is the love, peace & strength that comes with the Name of Jesus. And to add to all of it, he's had an off & on battle with promiscuity & sexual addiction, looking for love, connection & intimacy etc., but being twice divorced with kids both times that he never gets to see & both exes betraying his trust, so he is scared to have any real connection, & being a handome guy, he had no issue being with a different chick every couple weeks, and that lifestyle has caused some spiritual issues for him as well as the obvious intimacy/social issues that come with being addicted to sex&porn. Before he reverted back to some of his old ways, we'd talked about this topic & he understood the spiritual reality of what all of this was, but after his recent switch flip, he's back of the mind that its all fake, & tbh he's adopted the Crowley mindset of "Do what though wilt". Where we used to have a lot of awesome conversations about God when he moved here 3 years ago, & I saw him growing in every aspect of his life, but then a year ago he decided hed built enough self control to start drinking again, (and admittedly has kept it in check, mostly to just his days off and if he does it during the week, he still goes to work regardless of how he feels) but the past 6 months especially, although he's staying on point in his responsibilities, he's running backwards spiritually, which is effecting the mental. Now if the topic of God, Jesus etc is even hinted about he loses his mind, down talking Jesus, believers etc, and not like it's just a passing comment, but with loathsome virltriol & rage that, at times, has made me feel uncomfortable & even unsafe. I remember a look changing in his eyes one night as he went on a tirade about "christians", and literally ¾ of what he was saying wasn't even true, first acting as though Christians & Catholics were the same (They arent) & by the end of it, saying things such as that Jesus wasn't even a real man, nor was there historical proof He existed (there's plenty) and even that Abraham, David, and others were just "Bible Stories" and that there wasn't any proof any of it was real. When mer with facts he'd get enraged. Another example was he started reciting "verses" to me claiming they were Bible verses. Me being a devout researcher as I am, I immediately recalled the "verses", & recognized them as being from the gnostic "Book Of Judas" & another from "The Book of Mary Magdalene", both of which scholars have concluded to have been fabricated. He continually argued that they were "FrOm YoUr OwN BIBLE", and after I not only called them by title, proved they weren't biblical, AND disproved their veracity, he turned red. Livid. Stomped off and didn't see him again til the next day, where he hugged me like always & acted as though the situation never occurred. He's even made random sideways comments for example, one of us had mentioned some Christians that had been taken as religious prisoners overseas, and he said something along the lines of "Maybe they should round them all up and teach them a lesson for all the people the christians killed". I explained again catholics arent christians, he argued, finally conceded, yet refused to back down from the stance (keep in mind i already have an idea what I'm dealing with, so I never raise my voice, get angry etc, when I use the word 'argue' above, I mean it in the sense of a debate, arguing my stance or the facts.) When he wouldnt back down, I reminded him "You've called me your brother for years now, I'm a believer, I'd be labeled a Christian, what about me?" To which he replied nothing. (Multiple times throughout these altercations I get an intense sense that I'm not talking to my fren anymore). Am I dealing with full blown possession? What am i supposed to do about the tarot cards etc being on the property? It's a "free country" and although he's on our property, he rents it & he's grown, but the idea of that crap being on my property period makes me feel icky. You never want to see anyone go through this torment & delusion, but it makes it harder that he's someone I care about & knowing what the consequences are. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life", because He wants that none may suffer, but you have to surrender. I've been praying for him for a while, what else can be done from this point?

Sort of a funny story here. About 40 years ago, a friend got me a reproduction of an Aztec calendar. It had all kinds of gargoyle things around the perimeter. I knew it wasn't "holy" but the guy spent a lot of money on this. So I put this up on a wall in a room we never used, so at least I didn't have to look at it every day. Maybe a year later, I had to go into the room for something and saw the Aztec calendar thing, and I sort of asked God what he thought about it. Later that day, the thing fell off the wall and was completely demolished....it was basically talcum powder when it was all done. Anyway, I took that as a pretty definitive answer. :)

Derek Prince ( he is with the Lord but his sermons on curses & blessings & cursed objects are eye-opening,) & I burned some wooden candlestands that had intertwined wood, a carved wooden artifact with a human head that was just artistic, ( but I burnt it as it was an image after all) & burnt & broke several flower vases I wasn't sure about...to smithereens. I've still to go about the whole house. Have a huge book collection. I have to check it all bit by bit. I ask for the leading of the Holy Spirit.

@@holliwarriner1279 It is okay. Now that you realize it you can ask God for forgiveness and He will forgive you and you can move forward. I have 11 or so tattoos. I was ignorant back then and didn’t see the big deal with them. I just WANTED them…Family and other people would tell me to honor my temple but that’s all. No one ever explained to me why tattoos were bad. Why God didn’t approve etc. I started seeking God and He was leading me and revealing things to me and I realized I made a mistake. I asked God to forgive me for opening doors to things and entities that came with the cutting of skin and marking my body with tattoos. I haven’t gotten anymore since and will not ever again. Yes if I could do it over again I wouldn’t but I asked God help me forgive myself so I no longer have regrets or guilt because obviously it was a learning experience for me. You know how in the bible the Lord says go and sin no more? That’s what you do when you finally gain the knowledge of your past mistakes that you want to change. My 33 yr old daughter had EVERY item you mentioned in my house, in abundance, except the ouija board as of last month because she's into witchcraft. I'm a Christian and I started praying and told the LORD Jesus we can no longer be in the same house because she wouldn't get rid of these things and even had altars and feeding idols. My life was turned upset down while she was living with me. I lost everything I had, 2 cars, my mother, my health, 6 figures in my bank account and then last month, evicted. She no longer leaves with me and I can't let her come back. She has my only grandchild, 1 yr old granddaughter. I ask you to pray for her salvation, I raised her in church. My adopted parents wouldn't listen. My dad was a 33rd°. When he passed...his wife sent his apron to me along w. other memorabilia from his military life. I sensed great darkness and delusion, I had to remove them from my possession. I walked away from my home leaving my life there behind me. Not much good came out of that experience. In the end...it was all a very good lesson. In the desert...wandering for 18 yrs. Some lies we tell ourselves can keep us from our true blessing. Generational curses must be broken to set the captives free...for our lies can flow thru our veins like the waters of a great river...it's what's really beneath the surface that should scare us.

When my mom was diagnosed with cancer 9 years ago she was recieving reiki in the hospital and she loved it so much that i choose to get certified so i could do it for her at home. Hello, thank you for sharing this message with everyone. I do believe that evil exists in material items. When I was younger, I bought a set of tarot cards, I used the deck once, just for fun. Week after I purchased the deck, I began hearing and sensing very strange shadows. Once I was cleaning me bedroom and I heard someone in the kitchen throwing dishes, then my daughter kept seeing shadows and a monkey with red eyes. It scared her so bad that she couldn't sleep at night. She kept scarimming and didn't want to be there anymore. She slept at my Mother's house, then I got rid of the tarot cards, and had my pastor bless my home. After that, I decided to trust in the Lord and I now know that it's bad to have tarot cards. I now read my Bible and pray. There is now peace in my home. God is always with us, he takes care of us and gives us what we need. God bless you and your family.🙏❤️

I can appreciate a lot of what you are saying. I also think some of this stuff depends upon your intent. My dad was a geologist, was raised in the desert, he taught me the love of rocks and crystals. It had nothing to do with witchcraft or energy work. It's a beautiful natural phenomenon that is created in the earth. Also because I was raised in the desert I was surrounded by sage brush. I love the smell of sagebrush to this very day. I don't particularly burn it in my house. So it's all in the intent and how you feel about SOME of these things. Hi there. Please let me ask you to take your time and get involved with a Bible teaching local church and go to every service they have so you can learn. You are what is called a novice, a beginner in the faith (A babe in Christ Read 1st Corinthians 3) and have much to learn. You obviously have sensed a call to ministry; wonderful. A call is one thing, then there is the preparation and then the sending. God has to send you out, its not just something you cook up in your head, you have to be led of the Lord (Please read Proverbs 3: 5-6; and Romans 8: 14). Currently, you are a babe in Christ. You need to learn the basics of following Christ. Have you been baptized yet? Do you know what it means? Do you know what it means to be born of the Spirit of God (Read John 3: 3-8). Have you read the New Testament Yet? Do you know how to do a particular study of the Bible, say on salvation by grace (Ephesians 2: 8-10). I would encourage you to get in a good local body of believers with a Pastor that preaches the Bible. You can become friends with him and learn much. If he feels you are ready to be released into ministry than stay under his leadership and get the prayers of strong Christians that live holy lives because the devil will try to attach you and discourage you from continuing in that type of ministry. That type of ministry is some of the hardest. It is very needed, but the need is not enough one has to be not only called but prepared and then sent out into the harvest field by the leading of the Holy Spirit. You need a solid Bible believing church to be part of and remain in connection with as a spiritual covering as you do your ministry when you are sent out by the Lord.

Greetings Pastor from South Africa, in the name of Jesus! I accidentally came to this video but the Holy Spirit just told me to watch it. I need to share this cause its also a testimony, I am informed about what you are teaching so I have been very cautious about not allowing such items in my life, however my life seemed to be stagnant somehow. As i am watching this video, I must be honest that I was not aware of the last item(#10). I am currently in the middle of fast and prayer season, and I have been seeing God moving and realigning things for me in the spirit realm. Someone might not have the same revelation on what I am about to share. As I am listening to your teaching, I heard my sister screaming in the kitchen. I paused the video and quickly went to check, only to find that she accidentally pushed my glass water bottle and it broke, spilling water all over the floor. The old me would have been devastated or even angry, but I felt a sense of peace and a whisper saying it had to go and be out of your life....this is the bottle that my ex boyfriend gave me. I was not obsessed about it so to speak...it was just a bottle, but what I have come to understand through this teaching is that, it was something from my past and it had to go, in the spirit realm it was playing a certain role because as much as we broke up years ago, he was still in my life and thoughts through this water bottle. My ancestry is Choctaw, Chickasaw, and Delaware. I was gifted a beautiful and very expensive dream catcher made and signed by the maker who also has one in the Smithsonian! I tried several times to take a picture of it but could only get a bright light in its place every time! It has been packed in a box since my recent move. Even though I am allergic to sage, I also use it to smudge the house! God bless your courageous heart for doing this teaching. It is soooo needed. I'm 74, and I'm trying to reach and teach my grandchildren, 11, 17, 18,19, 22,24, 6. My 24 year old was into crystals and had all kinds of demonic activity. I was in her room when I saw her boots move by themselves. I wanted to do spiritual warfare, but there was more things. When I started going through her room, she had tarot cards, and black candles. Given to her by her aunt whose into connecting with the dead. She also gave her crystals. I said no to all this, but she says the crystals are to talk to grandpa. We ended up getting a priest to come for a blessing. He says she has someone who is unhealthy to be around. We had prayer and I told him I wanted to pray spiritual warfare, but wanted his blessing and idea of what was going on first. He said keep the prayer whenever you feel the need. I was going to the Assembly of God church at the time. My grand daughter went to a private Catholic school. She told me in church something kept grabbing her ankles when it was time to go for Communion. This was when she was in fifth grade. So, I keep praying for all my grandchildren, and my son age 50, and my daughter age 46. I think your teaching is something sooo needed. God bless you. Stick with it. You do right to intercede for your family. My mother fought my sisters because they refused to listen about God’s teaching, but she was the only layer of protection her grandkids had. The ungodliness in these areas drove my siblings to teach my niece and nephew to dislike me (because I follow Jesus, like my mother). The kids were unprotected after mom’s passing but now I have stepped in and God has healed this relationship and is setting all crooked things straight. My niece has found Christ and my nephew is coming to Christ now, too, and I continue to pray for healing. I claim all of our family and descendants for Christ right now and always in Jesus name. thank you for posting this. weeks ago, i had come across something that said tarot cards werent good for you in your home. tbh, id bought them as a last resort because after those experiences i spoke about on your podcast today about the lights over DC...i went to barnes n noble and had already bought EVERY OTHER book on spirituality they had. i didnt want to buy them (tarot cards), but i did because i was curious. a part of me was hesitant, as after i bought them, it actually took me 2 YEARS!!! to open and try them. i threw them away a few weeks ago. tore em up, threw em in the trash. today, i actually had to pause your video after the dreamcatcher and crystals part, because i realized i had FOUR dreamcatchers in my house. and how i know youre right about it, is because whereas i didnt buy them...they were gifted to me by my ex husbands friend, who owns a new age store in our small town....and IS A WITCH. my walls look bare now where they were, and they were beautiful...but i went in and cut them to destroy them, because i didnt want anyone else to see them and with their obvious beauty, to take them and inherit whatever might be attached to them. the part that really got me, is i had a baby too early, she was born at 7 months pregnant and was too premature to survive. this same women i spoke of, gifted me a dreamcatcher, in my passed daughters honor....and i hung it above my bed and i would often kiss my hand and reach up to touch it at night and say good night to my daughter. i did say as i was cutting it up, out loud, "Emma, mommy loves you and i hope you know that im not cutting this up to forget you baby, i hope this thing didnt keep you tied to anything dark sweetheart...mommy will always love you and ill never forget you". As a student of anthropology, I collected many “trinkets” over the years as well as dabbling in the occult myself. 3 years ago, God brought me to him and one of the tasks was getting rid of the many demonic or occult items that I owned. Among these were some that you mentioned and I want to add a few more along with a warning. I had several dream catchers, medicinal pouches, and even a red clay pipe that I had received from a tribe in Minnesota. Add to this metal statue of Buddha, books, pumpkin trinkets (pumpkins were thought to ward off evil spirits in Norse pagan societies), and even Christmas trees, nativity statues, mistletoe, all of it. Christmas is steeped in both Catholicism (false religion), and paganism (these two belief systems seem to swim in the same waters). Warning: for those who travel to other countries for vacations etc, to places like the Caribbean, Mexico, please be very careful of the souvenirs that you bring home especially if they are crafted by original artists. These countries practice witchcraft, voodoo, and other types of the occult. The souvenirs may have demonic influences attached and if you bring them into your home, those influences come right along with them. Please be very careful!! Also, please have your pets blessed!! Demonic influences can attach to your beloved pets too!!! (From personal experience).

@@bethbaughn3541 it’s not that I don’t want to celebrate Christs birthday (the actual date is unknown), its just that the Catholics decided Dec 25th (a few days after the pagan winter solstice festival), to convert the pagans to Catholicism. If you look in scripture, you’ll find the shepards we’re tending their sheep at the time of Christs birth in the manager. Israel is very cold during the winter months (same weather then as it is now), and the sheep herders would have had all the sheep corralled to feed on the winter straw. Also, Joseph and Mary came back to Bethlehem to be counted in the census and the census would not been conducted in the middle of the winter (too cold to travel long distances). So two key pieces from scripture give us a clue that Christs birthday was in the warmer months of the year. I find celebrating the Passover is much more meaningful.

One idol I destroyed and removed from my home was the cross. Hear me out... I was cleansing my home of all of the evil I willingly brought into my home some time back. I thought I was finished and started seeking the Lord's guidance on anything that I had overlooked. I asked him to draw me to what still needs to be destroyed. I had a lot of crosses in various areas of my home that I had collected. I never bowed down to them. I never prayed to them. However, I was led to destroy them. I blew it off and walked around, continuing to pray and kept being led back to the crosses. I decided I would give it a few days and pray about it because I didn't want to be led wrong on this issue. I was doing my prayer/bible time, and the Holy Spirit out of nowhere convicted me that the Bible is the means of which others know whom I serve. I don't need an object that was used to crucify my Lord to show people how I believe. I thought about that, and it made perfect sense. I was made aware that the cross (crosses are also used in witchcraft) was made for death, but the Bible was made for life. I did destroy my crosses, and I haven't felt bad at all about my decision.

I am new to Christianity. When I was younger I had a lot of Catholics around me with some influence (I'm Canadian) but it never sat right with me. After an argument with my mom I decided to go atheist, however and I knew there was some power I had when I used manifestations and soon got into horoscopes, tarot cards, crystals, and sage. My father even gave me a dream catcher as a child. When I read tarot and horoscopes I would be so accurate it sort of scared me into putting it away and stopping. I once read tarot for some girls at work that I didn't know well and she ran to the bathroom crying because it was right on. I could even use my own powers to take away my friends headache she had and ended up transferring it to myself (no great lol). Now that I have come home to Jesus I need to clean up the house of the old stuff I have tucked away. Unfortunately my sister-in-law just got me this beautiful moon dream catcher that I've been wanting for over 2 years now (I'm not sure how she even knew about it, maybe it's demons trying to tempt me?). It's still in the trunk of the car and I'm sad that I have to get rid of it now that I know the truth. Pray for me, and please pray for my husband to come to Jesus on his own will ❤️

I was raised to believe allll of what you are saying. My.mother was delivered as a child in a traveling church in Texas that was called the Assembly of God. She moved herself and all six of her children from California to Kansas into a tiny town. She heard there was Church services being held in the basement of a couples home with only a handful to count in the congregation. I am the youngest of those six children and now 55 yrs old. I was around 7-8 when we became members of that church. I had the privilege of watching it grow. My sisters and their husbands have been loyal members. I was taught that the new age movement was coming and it was demonic in nature. It was going to be used to slowly turn people away from our Lord. I was one of them to turn. I'm finding my way back and I am so confused. Please pray for my salvation. Thank you for your Godly teachings.
