Acts 19:11-12 Miracles at Ephesus “11 God was doing extraordinary and unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs or face-towels or aprons that had touched his skin were brought to the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out [of them].” True we do not put our faith in prayer cloths but I do believe they’re not a hindrance.

My grandmother used to always say "Be grateful for what you have and be glad you have it. Years later, as an adult, Through God's help and guidance, I came to understand that I have what I have because God saw fit to provide it to me. These things as well as everything belongs to god. So now I have added this to what my grandmother would have said. So when I do ask for something from God, I try not to ask for trivial things. Peace be with you and David too. I stumbled across you guys when I was going through a divorce of ah 17 year marriage and I know the devil was behind it so I give God all Glory and I exalt His name. I did not pass up my cup, but getting back to the point. I have just got off work and I wanna hear The Word every night and the first thing that came up is your conversation about how we should and how we shouldn’t Pray. I wanna tell you if God does not get Glory out of it then don’t do it just that simple, but as for repetition, the only Prayer that I Pray in repetition is The Lord‘s Prayer. Jesus Himself said to go to your closet and to Pray these Words, and I first ask The Holy Spirit to lead me in my Prayer and I continue praying until I pass out and go to sleep because the way it comes to me is that it sends reverbs like shockwaves where ever darkness is. Glory be to The Lord God . Ask, Knock, Seek. Amen

"People who love things use people" - People like this love things instead of people. An example let's say "Person A" loves money they find out "Person B" has alot of money so they act all kind, friendly and loving to "Person B" not because they love the person but because they love money "the thing", so they use "Person B" in a fake and bad way to get money from them. Is that easy to understand? "People who love people use things" This is the opposite, it is the reverse of the other, "Person A" does not love money, "Person A" love "Person B" which is how it should be, so "Person A" will use money to buy "Person B" food, if "Person B" is hungry or their poor. I used to pray to almost anything for health,protection,money,love etc but when i came to Jesus i repented from all and i ask God to change me and used and if there was a possibility to help me undo all my idolatry prayers and guessssss what today i am reading my bible and all the things that i once prayed for to idols God is having me pray them again but to him. So, as a third generation Christian who married a non-practicing Catholic, I recently purchased a rosary with a naive intent to strengthen my prayer life; I believe I also had an intent to signal to him that I was not a 'judgmental' believer, as in our region evangelists are heavily judgmental against Catholics. After a few weeks, the entire time uncomfortable and doubtful of whether it was correct to pray to Mary, I just stopped. Lord God, merciful Father, forgive me for my lack of understanding, and doubt, of Your word which I know to be the truth absolute even when I hold uncertainty; I give again to You my prayer for the strengthening of the faith of my husband, and that he may receive You in his heart with the intimacy of trusting fully in Your word, as I do today. Thank You, Lord, for the truth of your awesome word. In the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior, I pray. Amen.

I think you getting the rosary was led by the Holy Spirit. The Ave Maria is based on the salutation of the Angel to Mary and then the words of St Elisabeth to Mary when Mary came to visit her. The words are all taken from the bible. This is the way the Lord wanted the Virgin to be saluted. The Ave Maria is so powerful it brings us back to the beginning of our redemption, the Incarnation. Repetiveness helps us learn something new like little children. I could go on but the Ave Maria is not witchcraft this is the way the Lord wants us to address his holy Mother. She is more powerful than anyone else at interceding, she received all graces, she received GOD.

I also felt the Spirit confirm that I should pray unto God the Eternal Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It has changed my spiritual life. To not pray to men or women, or graven images of them, but to God in the name of Jesus Christ. He is my Savior and his name is all powerful. How I pray is I address "Dear Heavenly Father, I then say what I am grateful for, then I ask him humbly for blessings. Then I say in the name of Jesus the Christ, Amen. Specific prayers get specific answers. And focusing my mind and thoughts on the Savior Jesus Christ adds power and peace.

Yes, I used Hallow to learn the prayers (I would begin with the Apostle's Creed, and meditated wirh The Hail Mary, reciting The Glory Be and The Fatima Prayer in between the decades). I don't think I can overcome my discomfort praying The Hail Mary, but I am willing to try again giving this discomfort up to Him for revelation, as there were indeed benefits I received to that daily morning practice. Just reading your reflection upon the practice brought back to memory the many benefits I received despite my 'ecumenical' doubt. I’m a Bible study leader & a certified lay minister. This video is an answer to my prayer as that I asked the Lord to help me teach this very subject .
