Subway is ALWAYS very crowded on weekends since the trains run infrequently as they do construction

I think lot of riches leaved or leave NYC ! That is when you have a dumb gouverment in town

Year ago I had that feeling that owners left the city. Couple months ago it was better but feeling still there
