Mikey Madison & Sean Baker On Their Critically Acclaimed Film 'Anora'

The film is a giant wheel of emotions, one moment you are laughing, another moment you are tense and even emotional. Incredibly good film, the humor is there, but there is action, there is humanity, there are feelings. The film deserves all the recognition it's been getting and Mikey Madison is doing perfectly fine, after the release of "Anora", I hope Hollywood opens its doors for good for her, what a fascinating actress, falling in love with Ani is so easy due to her incredible performance . Yuriy Borisov surprised me, he deserves every success, his look is so human. "Anora" was definitely the best film I've watched so far in 2024, very good and brilliant. Sean Baker deserves the Oscar for best film, best director and best screenplay.

Sean baker gives me the ick. Very much franco vibes from his “we’re our own intimacy coordinators” bs. He has very young (in this case basically a first time actor w the lead male) and hes hand waiving the intimacy coordinator on a movie about a sex worker. Insane.
