Follow Nicky Rod, Craige Jones etc. who focus on judo/ wrestling takedowns to land submissions. The whole point of BJJ is to be able to stop an opponent of any size. You quite literally can’t do that if you butt scoot because you’ll get booted in the face. Even Renzo Gracie made a comment about butt scooters (in context you can tell he’s talking about Mikey) and how they will destroy the sport. The most important aspect of making BJJ popular is not making it clean it’s making it more exciting

you know its hilarious when that kid kade ruotolo said he and mikey were "natural" just because you're scrawny doesnt mean they're not on PEDs. Kade routolo beat mica galvao (who is a known PED user) you look at his matches, he never gets tired...like ever. Him and his brother go against heavier opponents all the time like craig jones, felipe pena, etc etc who are all on gear btw and they match them with strength, intensity and never get tired all while being much lighter. People who are natural reach plateaus, cardio wise and strength wise, it is very obvious the routolo twins are on PEDs, they will never compete in an olympic style sport so they'll never get caught but they are 100% liars. Mikey has dabbled in PEDs too maybe to recover but he's definitely not a lifetime natty. You dont become world class and the best in the world in bjj being a life time natty.
