Full speed isn’t always the best, do I think they could’ve had more effort? Most definitely, but we don’t know what exact they’re working on. Also I would like to say that when they are dunking during the training session, they should be using max effort and be trying to get as high as possible. But sometimes training like this helps you gain control over moves and produces more fluid like movements.
