Chili Gulf MUDCRAB (Catch & Cook)

After a day fishing and mud crabbing, I come home and cook up a feast of Chilli Mudcrab. The fishing and mudcrab has been exceptionally good this year on the Mcarthur River.

I'm going to try more catch and cooks this year mate. Starting with the video I published about an hour ago... my first video of the year is a Golden Snapper Catch and Cook. Nothing too fancy, but the freshest fish possible.

Hey Mikey love your episodes. a little tip on thickening the Crab Gravy is wack a few raw eggs into the gravy and a bit of a whisk and you have it. Add more or less to suit the Quantities. Also especially with Blue Swimmers put a few raw eggs into the marinade and BBQ them and at the end when cooked add the egg slop on the crabs and take off before it completely solidifies. Absolute lightbulb moment as soon as I read your message mate. I was meant to use eggs!!! Totally forgot. I’ve used eggs before in my chilli crab. Don’t know how I forgot … In fairness it was like 40 degrees outside and then having to move everything inside the shed mid-videoing had me frustrated and not thinking straight. Haha.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro mate. I’ve been using it for over 20 years now… so I’m pretty comfortable and efficient with it. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners.
