You guys really are the best. Love, love, love this channel. Found you when I was searching the “tubes” for videos on quaker parrot care, making mash etc. I found our quaker “Jose” in the middle of a busy street one afternoon, ran to rescue the bird to find his wing was broken and bleeding. Now two years later we have him still because although he received great care and a cast, just not perfectly healed straight enough to fly in the wild and survive. No sanctuary would take him because here in Florida wild quakers are considered an invasive species. He is our sweet boy now and he eats healthy because of your videos. You are an amazing couple with such an amazing appreciation for living creatures and the beauty around us.

This is just plain cool!!! I love seeing the process of getting the house ready for a big event. Things are looking really good. WOW, RJ’s family is HUGE! I know they prefer to be private and I’m very grateful that we got the chance to meet them. 50 years is quite the milestone for a marriage. Congratulations to RJ’s parents! I just gotta say that seeing RJ host his family is so heartwarming! I’m sure they’re all very proud of what he’s achieved and he deserves this moment to show it all off and to share it all with his family. Personally, seeing all those kids show such respect is awesome! I think that’s a tradition that should never go away. I’m also so touched at how accepting his family is of your both. It’s clear you’re both loved and respected. All those kids seem to really love the pool. More and more, it’s become the center of great energy at the home. What a great idea to have Amare come and make lunch for the family. That looked to be an amazing success. One thing I’m amazed by is how your lives go on even with the family visiting. There’s a lesson there I’m thinking. When I have visitors, everything stops… LOL. Thank you again for sharing all this with us. Hi guys, we just celebrated our 55 year anniversary, so we send anniversary blessings to RJ's parents. I am glad you got some suitcase racks as I suggested a long time ago. I like the idea of your bird chart frame for when they are bird watching. My only suggestion for the guest rooms would be to get at least one comfy soft maybe even reclining chair for each guest room. Sometimes people do not want to lie down and take a nap, but they just want to sit back and relax quietly for a while. Or maybe they would want to read or watch TV but not in bed. Just an idea. Regarding your trees/plants in the aviary, your idea of wire mesh is great! I have a collection of Japanese maples here in New Jersey and I protect them from squirrels and bunnies with fine chicken wire and mold them so the trees can grow. A V-shaped wire mesh should work, do experiments with the shape. By the way, I am an avid follower! Keep your vlogs coming!

❤I know I'm posting so much this time but it's such a great video! My mother had her very FIRST pizza in the Philippines! This would have been around 1967. She grew up very poor in the rural southern US on a farm during the great depression and WWII. They didn't go out to eat much and I'm not sure if there was a pizza place near them. But then she married my dad who was in the Air Force. I guess they had a pizza place on or near the base. She loved it so much she learned to make it at home and I remember her letting me help with the dough amd toppings. So sweet to see RJs family doing the same. ❤
