I wouldn’t cement the iguana cage, especially if you’re gonna put tortoises in there. Plant some nice grass that they all can eat. The waste will be dealt with naturally. The iguanas will definitely breed also and will want to dig a hole for their eggs. Tortoises will also if you have a pair. You could always have a nest box or nesting area, but it will be much more natural with a grass bottom. I think redfoot tortoises would probably be best in my expert opinion. Sulcatas will dig to Canada. 😆 You’ll obviously have to do something so they can’t dig their way out if you don’t cement the bottom. They don’t dig like the tortoise excavator Sulcatas, but iguanas and redfoot tortoises do dig some. Keep predators out also. 👍

The skinny pigs need proper care. That is way to much pellets (only need a cup a day or less each) and they should have 24/7 fresh Timothy hay available to them as they need it to keep their guts running. Do not keep them on bars it will cause bumble foot. Feed a cup of veggies per pig everyday, Romain lettuce, carrots, peppers, parsley. Skinny pigs and Guinea pigs need vitamin c supplements usually in their water since they can not produce their own vitamin c. Idk if you know this stuff already but I thought I’d share in case! The lanterns look much better! Be careful poinsettias are poisonous to animals. Everything is decorated so beautifully, RJ does such a great job! Seems like you’re going to need to put the decals up in the aviary again lol. Love how much care you take for your animals Mikey!

I have over 20 cats. Mostly feral ! They are so useful! Finally got them all fixed, I have no squirrels, no mice or rats. I haven't seen a snake in years! We used to have copperhead and water moccasins, not now! All my bird feeders I position close to my dog areas so they can chase away the cats and keep my wild birds safe while eating! I am 71 and have to keep things simple and self sustaining! Lol no energy or strength and no help! I love your place and what you and RJ do! Does my heart good to see all your efforts! Love always from North Carolina! Oh I have gold finches too! Every spring! All wild! I have blue Jay's and red headed wood peckers, all year residents! Once in a while we have blue heron and snowy egrets. They go fishing in our pond! Of course there are turtles too!

One trick to get rid of that "Horse poop dry hay decor. " Soak it in a gallon of white vinegar ,salt and baking soda for a day and air or sun dry and air it on an open space. The decor will be clean and disinfected at the same time..add water in 50/50 proportion. Good luck.Merry Christmas to you both.!!!

Those purple flower, it's called "morning glory", they are invasive. They should be planted separately, otherwise they will entwine to other plants. Maybe you can transfer them to the pets area. I am sure you are very busy with your "AntsCanada" which you really did a great job on it!

You should make the iguana enclosure like a real set up like you have done for your ants, don’t concrete the bottom, put branches/basking places/ pond and plants that will thrive in there to make it more natural

Congrats on the newest family members and I love the fact that you go into adopting animals with your eyes wide open. Truly only wanting what is best for the animals and your menagerie of said animals that you rescue or adopt. I’m guessing you may just be wishing you and RJ had purchased that empty lot next to the animal enclosures! But also guessing you already have a lot on your plate with “Mabuhay Farmhouse”! Love love LOVE the new way you guys hung the outdoor lanterns in the trees. They truly look a million percent better than just being hung uniformly down the branches. I think RJ has most definitely been enjoying decorating for the Holiday season! My only question is have you had to buy a barn or a commercial sized storage unit to store it all in afterwards? 😂😂 RJ definitely has amazing flair for decorating! Wow the lights look great were they are. The out side Xmas tree is lovely may be a now would look nite as a free topper. TO is very talented when decorates. May be you could put a sliding roof on top of our door bird cage with a handle to wind it open and close it. The golden phesents look gorgeous. Do you have to quarantine the birds before mixing them . Love the nativity on the lawn. I love palm trees. I have a palm tree tattoo. We have those pheasants walking freely in the Canterbury area of New Zealand. They can be seen on the roadside and fields. Beautiful birds.

Greetings from Portland Oregon!! My family got 2 Guinea pigs & they are just the sweetest pets. We ♥️ to take them out of their cage & pet them. Their cage needs a lot of Timothy Hay to eat & their whole cage needs to have hay all over for them to walk around. What to grow? Since you have good climate in Alfonso, try zucchini, salad greens, tomatoes etc, so you can make salads everyday! Talbos ng camote is a good idea as well! Also, coconut trees! Just suggesting😃

FYI - those are not fresh dates rather it's called "jujube" .Despite its alternative name "red date", the jujube fruit is not a date but rather a species of Ziziphus in the buckthorn family. We grow that Jujube here in the Central Valley - Fresno, CA

You can plant fruits trees like papaya, mangoes, avocado trees. Etc. you could add park benches in your farm. One can just seat there and just enjoy the feel of the farm. Breathe in the fresh air.

Those fruits are Jujubes. There’s different varieties and different sizes. They are also dried and looked like dried plums.

The purple trumpet looking flowers are morning glories. They are highly invasive vine that, if left to seed, will prolifically grow to strangle other plants and leaves lots of dried plant litter.

it was good to place the vivarium on the structural beam to carry the load. Wpn't a concrete floor make it too hot in the iguana enclosure. I don't know anything about keeping the different types of animals you have but having a more natural setting seems ideal. Continued success with your projects.

your mulbery tree will need far more space, there low growing, but have a 30 foot spredd, it will out grow that space fairly quickly

The farm is really coming along! Just a warning about the Pheasants. They really need bedding and they poo a lot! Any birds you get that stay on the ground more(most game birds) often will need bedding. I'm not sure this is the look you are going for and tracking the bedding through the house could be an issue.

Well, this was fun! WOW, this new addition to the Ant Room is exactly what I’ve been waiting for. It seems this is exactly what you wanted your Ant Room for… Congratulations, this looks EPIC.
