This is like our auto except older style but when we go to register our screens we get it dead on but soon as we lock the back it kicks our screen forward. Very frustrating

I know the feeling. You need to adjust the rear screen clamp angle. There's a little bolt that you can adjust to help. Just make sure your screen isn't sitting in the radius part of the clamp.

Thanks! Before we had one, I would watch video after video just curious as to how they work. There's not many videos that completely break it down and show you up close how they work. There's so many different makes too and they all work slightly different.

Yes! You just need some web spray adhesive.

With the correct size pallets. You can print anything you can lay flat.

Awesome video. Thanks for taking the time. The shop I work in has one but we only use it for dark ink jobs. White plastisol print flash print doesn't seem to get good coverage, any suggestions or where to start? The guy who used to run ours is long gone.

So does an auto press dramatically make things easier? Or is it more of a luxury machine?

It makes things easier on your body after a day of printing. Arms are no longer tired and I don't feel completely wiped. My favorite way of putting it is it's like the difference between taking a bike vs car to the grocery store that's miles away. The bike will get you there, but not near as fast as a car and with less effort for the same end results.
