Get rid Dyche now. Get new manager in to identify January players in and out. Dyche should not be given transfer funds as he would probably buy Clint Eastwood who is the same age as Ashley Young.Dyche needs to realise that intense training doesn't make better players. I would score Dyche a 1..He has not improved Everton over his tenure

John, you're 100% right on merch. I brought my son to Goodison start of October for our first game this season. We walked into the shop in L1 during the day excited to buy some gear and presents etc., we left with literally nothing and didn't bother going into the shop at the ground later, we always go in there when we visit. My son is only 10, when he left without wanting to buy anything that says a lot, we thought the gear was really tack looking and way way overpriced. The Castore stuff is crazy priced. My son wanted a new tracksuit, I think the bottoms were like £100 or something. Just madness. Then all the in-house stuff is awful too, the t-shirts and hats etc. Whoever is designing them should be given the p45 pronto. Lastly, I noticed on the street stalls, loads of fans buying a 'Goodbye Goodison' scarf. Great idea. There was absolutely nothing like that in the shops, they've missed a huge trick in this. The Home kit this year should have been a homage to Goodison at least, it would have sold tons if they'd done that. Anyway... UTFT

Evening Mike and John, as for the performance score for Dyche for this season so far, I can’t really give one because your scale is 1-10 so I’m not allowed to give negative numbers, I’m starting to think he’s purposely scuppering the team to ensure he gets sacked as soon as the take over goes through, I personally would put him on gardening leave until the end of the season so he won’t get a golden handshake. One quick tip for John, take off the Morris Dancer’s bells around your ankles before doing these shows 😁

We all agree Dyche have not gotten the results this season we expected just think of the 9 points we have thrown away and that would put us 6th in the table. I want the manager to get it right, but sacking him now isn't the solution. However if we are in the bottom 3 in January I would sack him.
