Михаил-гордость России!!! Жаль, что общество торгашей (а таковым мы сейчас являемся) не ценит таких выдающихся спортсменов.

My favorite strongman, I love how he's always got a big grin on his face, he's always having fun with it, some guys get too mad they scream they slam their fists on things, but even when he can't get something he just smiles waves to the crowd and walks away

ronki23 Mark Rippetoe said we suck at olympic lifting in america because we dont develop a good enough base in powerlifting. this guy seems to be a pretty good representative of that
@ronki2310 жыл бұрын
dgwear69 Mark Henry also comes to mind r.e. strongman and Olympic lifting. But who is the World's Strongest Man?? Because it seems they regularly compete/trade wins: Shaw or Savickas? Because I know Pudzianowski hasn't won an Arnold and Poundstone hasn't won as many as Shaw or Savickas. At least in bodybuilding you get someone who dominates for years e.g. Lee Haney,Dorian Yates,Ronnie Coleman

This guy is impressive, but I still love Jon Pall Sigmarrson the most. He was really amazing for his time and his age. Sometimes I wish old legends would never die, so we can combat them against the new legends. Also Bill Kazmaier would be in my top 5 of strongman personally.

Olympic lifters avoid doing benches as the chest pulls in shoulders and reduces ability to do snatches. He does all his squats Olympic style so has to change if he wants to compete in powerlifting meets and get ahead of those that do just enough to get it.

I really hope that you understand that literally every single elite strength athlete takes PEDs, and lots of them. Not only is it not possible to get that strong without them, it is impossible to compete at the level with the protection and recovery from injury fostered by PEDs. Koklyaev has the luxury of living in a country where steroids are not illegal and the strength of character to admit he uses them. Ask yourself - if the strength records set in the 50s, 60s, and 70s when steroids were

but he has very strong shoulders and from doing overhead lifts,he has strong triceps also and that also gives alot to bench press,as benching doesnt only involve pectorial muscles,but actually most of the body,including legs also.it all depends on your bench technique.close grip for strong triceps,wider grip for strong pectorial muscles.misha benches rather close grip,so he uses his triceps and shoulders the most.

I hate this song but I'll watch anything with Mikail. There's debate over what makes the "World's Strongest Man." Is it Donnie Thompson w/ the biggest total? Is it Bolton w/ the biggest deadlift? Zydrunas for strongman? Steiner for the biggest Clean & Jerk? I say the world's strongest barbell man is clearly Mika. No one can beat his combined total for Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. And no one has put a heavier barbell over their head.
