Aticheneq is not the same as atchenaneq, meaning wise. Aticheneq is about "anxiety" or "stress," which is what the artist is singing about. In contrast, atchenaneq is about "congestion," like slum neighborhoods or 6 people living in a small room.

That's a good explanation but we sometimes use "atchenaneq" for some one 'who worries a lot' and/or 'some one in dilemma' and it's also used for some one who get stressed for minor things.
