Reminds me of part of the first episode of Lucky Star, where they're talking about how you don't actually have to flip beef tongue because they slice it so thin, it cooks all the way through even though you just leave it on one side. Tbf miko should've started with one of the beef options instead of beef tongue. Beef tongue's one of the hardest beef cuts to grill properly since the window between it being good to eat and it being overcooked (especially when thin) is very thin.
