I just got one a couple of days ago, it really works out the pain you may have from a pair of cheap work boots that irritates your heel of your foot. I sat there for 30 minutes; and afterwards when I stood up it didn’t hurt when I walked.. Threw away those Walmart boots and brought some Nike Shox.. Feeling awesome 💯

I own this one and it's a lifesaver. I have neuropathy in my feet from years of obesity, since have changed and lost the weight, but the health issues still exist. This is the best foot massager I've tried. It truly works and I love it.

Get the “myst premium foot massager” it’s better because it does the back of your feet the Achilles’ tendon. The largest tendon of your body should not be neglected.

Honestly, I get so much gear that I don't tend to use one thing consistently for years on end. Every time I pull this out and use it, however, it's darn delightful and I wonder why I don't use it every day. :-)

Since your foot is larger, can you still feel the massaging on the heel of ur feet? Another male reviewer said he couldn't.

Yes when I push my feet in. If I just zone out then my feet come out a little bit and it's not on the back or closest edge of my heel.

Yeah, probably, unless you consider it massaging the front 2/3 of your foot sufficient :-)

Unfortunately I have no way of helping you out. I would just suggest you contact the manufacturer directly and request some assistance. If you can figure out how to get a photo of what's going on that might be beneficial for them too.

There's no indication of the actual temperature attained nor is it super hot, so I would say "nicely warm".

I got this for my wife as a Christmas gift and she hates it. She won’t even give it a chance. I’ve known for years how bad her feet hurt so I was trying to do something thoughtful for her to ease her pain. But then again she hates everything I do for her. She even took back Valentines Day roses saying she didn’t like getting something that’s going to die anyway. These gestures just leave me stressed and heartbroken. I dread when special occasions come around now...
